I was very pleased with their service. They quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it. The drain pipe was blocked and backed up to the shower at the opposite end of the house. They used a camera to determine where the blockage was occurring which helped tremendously because this wasn’t the first time this happened. They showed me 3 options to fixing the problem from most expensive to least, from temporary to permanent. They were very personable and easy to communicate with. I felt they were very credible and offered suggestions on how to care for these old pipes and septic tank. I will definitely hire them again.

Henco Plumbing Services recently completed an extensive repiping of my home, and I highly recommend their services. Technicians Troy Litle, Jacob Wald, and Ryland Hanno replaced my old galvanized pipes with PEX, installed new supply lines and fixtures in all bathrooms, replaced five hose bibs, routed a dedicated hot water line with recirculating pump, decommissioned and removed a water heater, and installed a reverse osmosis filter in my 2-story home, in addition to replacing a broken double check valve serving my sprinkler system, all in 2 1/2 days. Their work was thorough and secure. They took pains to keep my home clean and tidied up afterwards. Senior technician Drew Lipe added his expertise and quality control at key points in the project. Henco's price for their excellent work beat the competition. This job also came with an outstanding customer care package. My consultant Chris Greenwood, each of the technicians, and Henco's office staff--who fit me into their schedule with little wait time--were exceedingly polite and responsive to my questions and concerns, before, during, and after my repiping job. I'm thrilled to have chosen Henco!

So far they have only come out to do an estimate for a water softening system but they were super quick getting me on to their schedule. The estimator, Chris, was more than punctual, friendly, and very transparent about everything.
