We had a tricky job with lots of moving parts. Luckily Rod (Sherman) exists in the world as he proved to be just the man for the job. He had the right solution for our difficult situation and handled everything with ease. His knowledge was only exceeded by his friendly professionalism. Jamie Cochrane, came in and took a very careing and professional approach for the task(s) I needed taken care of, as well as providing further guidance on things to consider to address in the future. He took the extra step of listening to one other concern I pointed out and took notes to pass on to the other team responsible for that aspect.

Routine maintenance inspection done by Chris Cochrane. Chris was friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgable. He inspected the heating/cooling system and identified areas of concern. A detailed report was then provided along with pricing options for various ways to address the concerns.

This is my second interaction with this company. Both have been favorable. Highly recommend them.

The plumbers were good—no complaints there. Polite and competent, and the guy who came out initially to diagnose our problem was more knowledgeable and helpful than two older guys who came from other plumbing companies. A few frustrations with the main office though: they said it would take two days when clearly it was going to take three and it did take three (two guys replumbing a whole house in two days?); they never told me when the city inspector was coming—I had to call and ask and then they said oh tomorrow and they don’t give time windows, just a whole day, but when he came and I asked him, the inspector said they do give the plumbing company a two-hour window; and lastly, I still haven’t received any information on how to actually pay the loan. So, for all those reasons, I’d give them 3 1/2 stars if I could but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and do 4 instead of 3 since they were always friendly, their bid was the cheapest and the actual work seems good. Not sure what’s up re the inspector/inspection window but I’m glad at least the inspector came early in the day so I was able to get on with my day after all.

I had an excellent experience with Josh. He conducted a thorough whole-house plumbing inspection, which we received as part of a water heater installation by Henco earlier. He also gave me a slew of maintenance tips and fixed some minor leaks along the way.

I had a plumbing issue that was far more complicated than first thought. Cody came out late on a Friday afternoon and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. The issue was going to require a lot more work than anticipated. Cody was willing to come back early on Saturday morning to get the job done so I wouldn’t be without a kitchen sink for the entire weekend. He explained everything to me along the way. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair for the work done. Highly recommended! Someone buy Cody a beer.

Had a water heater go out on Saturday. The Henco Plummer, Mr. Lewis, showed up Saturday afternoon to evaluate the water heater and replaced it on Sunday. He did excellent work and exceeded every expectation.

My hot water heater pilot light would not stay lit and so I only had cold water. After a quick Google search I found Henco Plumbing and called. They could come out same day for $125, which they said would go towards the repair or replacement of my water heater. I called one other plumbing company and they couldn't come out till the following week so I opted for Henco.
The tech showed up within a few hours.
I was given the option to repair the water heater for around $700 or buy a new one for $2,989.
I was convinced that there was not much of the point of repairing the water heater because of how old it was. That left me the only choice of a 40 gallon tank for $2,989 or a 50 gallon tank for $3,100. Those prices seemed really steep but I was desperate so I opted for the 40 gallon tank.
I had looked up the tanks online and they ran from $800 to $1,700. I questioned whether I would get an itemized statement because I wanted to know what the rest of the money was for but I was told they only do packages and my only option was the Lesser one for $2,989. I was pretty desperate so I opted for that. The service was very fast and the tech had my hot water back in just a few hours. They also took my old tank with them to dispose of.
What I do wish is being given more options. Apparently the water heater I had was top of the line, a Bradford White, and that was what I was sold - but I would have liked an option for a lesser expensive water tank to help me save some money.
I do hope going forward the techs will give the customer more options. Money is tight and I was only given the option of repair, or a 40 or 50 gallon tank, of the same brand I already had.
I also think the company should give an itemized statement so the customer knows how much they are paying in labor and how much for parts and tank. I did not get that because I was told they don't do that; they just do flat rates. That leaves the customer wondering how much they charge for labor. It also leaves them wondering if that $125 diagnosis service was waved. Their pricing seemed steep because I don't think there were many parts needed that didn't already come with the water heater. I also would have liked a copy of the warranty. I was told they don't give those out either but that it's a verbal one-year parts and service warranty.
All of that said, I'm happy with my new water heater and I do think they give good customer service. Because money is tight, I would have just gotten a couple more quotes. Just so I could feel good about how much I paid.

Jose from Henco Plumbing came out on a Saturday for emergency service after I drilled a hole into a pipe. He was super friendly and helpful, didn't make me feel bad for my mistake, and taught me about my water shutoff and water heater in addition to the pipe repair. He was very transparent about pricing. Great experience! I will definitely use Henco again in the future.

Henco is a great business. I had the pleasure of working with Colten, who was patient and looking out for my best interest throughout the process of replacing my hot water heater. I was very happy with the cost in relation with quality of service. Adding a picture so anyone who knows about these appliances can tell the high quality of work (note the drain is under the tank from original installation).

We had the Henco to do a big project for us . Our first experience was with Tito Arguelles, lead HVAC installer. He went above and beyond to replace our old furnace that was a surprise damaged and add AC to our home. Tito was an incredible young man, conscientious, personable and excellent worker. This company sure found a great employee with Tito.

Felt very comfortable getting quotes for a new water heater from Rod Sherman. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different options in a calm way. Did not feel he was trying to sell anything, simply provide service that was needed. I feel like every service call should be like this.

Brantson was a great tech. He helped me navigate lots of options to help reduce my cost but also get the right services and products for my home. Had an issue with my water tank leaking and was able to get the issue resolved and tank replaced the next day.

Cody and Nolan were super helpful during the whole process and I couldn’t recommend Henco any stronger.

I was also able to get my hvac inspected by Dean and he helped identify a loud buzzing from the fresh air element and ensured I had the best recommendations for replacement.

My experiences with some of the plumping outfits in Vancouver have been hit or miss. Unfortunately, some did very poor work.
I checked out Henco Plumbing Services, The Better Business Bureau rated them A+ - that was my first research, they are reputable and do quality work.
I read independent reviews from multiple sources, Henco Plumbing Services came in the top 5 of Clark County plumbing outfits.

Drew came to my home on time, he was courteous.
He checked out the problems and determined the best approach to fix them and cleared the laundry drain that was plugged. He quoted us a bid to fix the other issue, he scheduled the repair work for the next day.

The next day, Ryland came out to do the repairs.
He went to work immediately, he did a great job, my wife and I are very pleased with his work.
Both guys are personable and competent.

We will go with Henco again, if plumping issues arise. They are a great company to work with, they back up their reputation.

The dreaded death of a water heater, nobody likes dealing with the inconvenience of 5-10 minute showers due to running out of hot water. That is the predicament that we found ourselves in this past week. I decided to call around and get some quotes, a couple of places gave phone quotes ranging from $1600 to over $4000 to replace it. I called Henco and they said they would send out one of their techs to give an estimate. This was to ensure the most accurate quote possible. Tim came out and assessed the weak water heater. He found a slow leak on the top element and burned wires on the lower. He recommended not turning it back on and that he should be able install one that afternoon. The quote provided while not cheap, sounded at least somewhat reasonable, but I needed to think about it for a bit. I ended up calling back and scheduling the install that afternoon. Tim was fantastic, hard working and friendly. He got the job done in no time. Thanks Tim!

Others employees that I dealt with at Henco were the same, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even send a brief bio and photo of the tech that is coming to your home. I thought this was a nice touch.

Long story short, I highly recommend Henco and while I hope to never have to use them again, I would do so without any reservation.

Colton showed up to my home this morning to service my kitchen sink.
Unfortunately, because my sink was plumbed incorrectly (long story) he was unable to make the necessary fixes. He worked diligently to try to assist me. Colton was very honest about the issue I was faced with and was able to suggest another technician, Michael Gehr.

These guys were life savers! After a bit of snow, our water heater took a nose dive. They were the second place we called (after the first provider said they wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday… this was Saturday morning). They were able to send out Brantson, who was spectacular. He spent most of Saturday and all day Sunday with us, got our new water heater installed and was super knowledgeable. We are finally able to take a hot shower again!

Their technician, CODY, was extremely knowledgeable about the water.heater product line. When he arrived we went into the house where he explained their product line and prices and offering his opinion and his suggestion for replacement. When he. Same back with the new water heater, he started and completed the deinstall. When he started the install, he ran into some.problems and after some thought solved them. He kept me informed and completed the work. After completing the.install hecompletely cleaned up the area.
