Colten came out immediately to inspect our crawl space and he took a lot of time to explain repair options. He was very knowledgeable, patient and spent time discussing our crawl space water issues and repair options with our HOA President.

Had a great appointment with Colten Watt who came out on time and was very professional and clear in looking at our leaking shower. He explained all of the next steps and was low pressure no sale pitch. Would recommend.

Angel from Henco Plumbing, HVAC and electricity came to out house to install 3 new electrical outlets. His team showed up on time. It took them almost a day to finish it. We’re happy with the results. He also replaced an one receptacle outlet with a duplex and a breaker in the kitchen for free. We appreciated it.

Cody made it over a couple hours after I called for him to check out my garbage disposal. Fixed it in a few minutes and gave me options and pricing for a new model. He also checked out my toilet and my hot water heater.

I have nothing but good things to say about Henco plumbing. Our water heater went out and they sent out Colton within 2 hours of our distress call. He diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again in the future!

Austynn from Henco came out to look at my mini split today. He took the time to diagnose the issue, provided plenty of different solutions, and was respectful when I let him know I wanted to think about it. I haven’t had them install a unit yet, but overall I had a great experience with them. Will definitely be using Henco in the future.

Had a great experience, had a very complicated sink/dishwasher situation and Jason came and helped unclog it. He also looked at our toilet and gave very good information on a toilet recommendation and gave great tips and advice for the sink. He took his time to make sure everything was in tip top shape. It was a great experience and he was very helpful and made things make sense for me. I greatly appreciated the amazing work he did and the time he took

My electrician JJ mikolajcik was prompt, professional, and friendly. He explained what needed to be done, what should be done, and what could be done. There was no high pressure sales tactics after he presented the bid.

Michael came during the window provided. He was very professional and nice and he came prepared with booties on his shoes, which with Portland's rain was appreciated. He got the tub cleared very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

For Henco Plumbing Salem - worked with them from another state; they made it very easy. Had to turn gas off at the stove due to leak. Very professional, polite, informative, timely. The video that was sent was helpful when scheduling another company for the repair work (Henco Plumbing didn’t work on my stove brand or I would have used them).

I bought a new garbage disposal and was having a hard time getting the old one out so just decided to call Henco and have it done right. I looked online at pricing for a general idea of what I thought it would cost. When Jeff came out and quoted me $500 I was shocked but he was here so just had him do it. Jeff was very thorough and did a great job and I’m satisfied with that part just shocked it was so much.

Tim Kulting was so wonderful. Our water heater ended up being from 1991. We are so lucky to have not experience an explosion of that water heater. He showed up around 9:30 a.m., and was finished with everything by 2:00 p.m.. that included him leaving and going and getting us a brand new water heater, taking the old water heater out and all of the work that came with it. He was friendly, relatable and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and hope that you do as well. We would definitely recommend Tim and Henco plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.
