The technician knew exactly the problem with the water heater and resolved it quickly. He also enrolled us in their check up services for water heater flushing, furnace tuneup and air conditioner tuneup.

I had 3 toilets installed by Cody Allenton. He did a phenomenal job. All 3 toilets were installed extremely quick and worked flawlessly. Excellent service.

Leo was awesome. He was super informative and got me set in the right direction for getting my tankless water heater replaced without spending any unnecessary money. Even though he advised against the service I initially called him out to do due to the age of my unit and risk of it failing, he stayed and answered all of my questions and ensured I knew how to proceed as I saw fit, without applying pressure to move in any specific direction. For this reason I will be giving Henco my business for future plumbing matters.

Darren was very helpful in helping me choose a new water heater. The service fee includes tank, labor and removal/disposal of old tank. I prefer the straight forward way of costs being disclosed under one price. Darren was very knowledgeable and had great customer service attributes.

After 10 years my in-wall Geberit toilet's flushing mechanism pooped out (pun intended). Fortunately, I'd anticipated this eventual failure (the plastic pieces breaking off over the last year were a clue) and I had replacement parts on hand. The toilet, of course, decided to fail just before long term guests were arriving and I needed help fast. Enter Hayden from Henco Plumbing. He looked over the pile of replacement parts and said with certainty he'd have it fixed in an hour. True to his word, I soon heard the dulcet tones of a well-tuned flush. Angel from Henco Plumbing, HVAC and electricity came to out house to install 3 new electrical outlets. His team showed up on time. It took them almost a day to finish it. We’re happy with the results. He also replaced an one receptacle outlet with a duplex and a breaker in the kitchen for free. We appreciated it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Henco plumbing. Our water heater went out and they sent out Colton within 2 hours of our distress call. He diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again in the future!

He took the time to diagnose the issue, provided plenty of different solutions, and was respectful when I let him know I wanted to think about it. I haven’t had them install a unit yet, but overall I had a great experience with them. Will definitely be using Henco in the future.

Had a great experience, had a very complicated sink/dishwasher situation and Jason came and helped unclog it. He also looked at our toilet and gave very good information on a toilet recommendation and gave great tips and advice for the sink. He took his time to make sure everything was in tip top shape.
