Dylan Cade came, gave me a bit of a tutorial on the toilets, showed me where the main water valve was, and repaired both toilets under the price of the other estimate (which was for one toilet). He was polite and friendly.

Dillon was excellent. He answered all our questions. Explained everything to us. Helped us with solving other issues. Went and picked up the new water heater for us. Also installed our gas line shut-off valve. He even hauled our old water heater away. He also helped with getting a request in for an electrician to come to our home. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with their service. They quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it. The drain pipe was blocked and backed up to the shower at the opposite end of the house. They used a camera to determine where the blockage was occurring which helped tremendously because this wasn’t the first time this happened. They showed me 3 options to fixing the problem from most expensive to least, from temporary to permanent. They were very personable and easy to communicate with. I felt they were very credible and offered suggestions on how to care for these old pipes and septic tank. I will definitely hire them again.

NW Natural came to do maintenance on my natural gas appliances . During their inspection they recommended 2 different repairs. Dylan with Henco came out. Our toilet was clogged and another unnamed plumbing company came out. They took the toilet off and ran a 100 ft snake to no avail. The other company quoted us $1000 to bring in a longer snake saying the blockage was deep in the pipes. They also said the next availability was in another 2 weeks!? We called Henco plumbing who came right out. Shane was AMAZING. He actually LISTENED and knew right away that the clog was in the toilet itself. He was so professional and knowledgeable..and explained everything in detail. He cleared the clog fast and was on his way!
