Three Ways To Turn a Bathroom into a Home Spa

1. Start with the Shower

  • The Stand-Alone: This tub is what mimics a spa the most as it is freestanding and sold in a plethora of styles and finishings. The only downfall to them is the possible movement of pipes to accommodate the direction of the tube.

3. Change the Vibe

Most bathrooms feel a little sterile, but creating a warm and inviting space that smells less like Clorox and more like lavender and calming scents helps it feel more spa-like. This can be done by replacing the hardware on the cabinets and drawers of the sink and linen closets. A quick coat of paint in a slightly darker shade of gray can also warm up the room.
