Casey showed up on time and was professional, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. He walked me through several toilet options at different price points, which made the decision simple. After removing the old toilet, we discovered an unexpected sizing difference, but he quickly sourced the correct alternative and had it installed the same day.

I had forgotten to crate my dogs before he arrived, and he was incredibly patient while I wrangled them. One of my dogs is very wary of strangers, but by the time he left she was nuzzling his hand — which says a lot.

He also took the time to walk me through practical shower update options, and I’ve already scheduled that work as well. Really great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Yazmin Chavez was absolutely fantastic! We just recently bought our house when a furnace stopped working. We had another company come out and thought we fixed it but it stopped working the next day! When Yazmin came she looked at the furnace and almost immediately realized what the problem was and had it running very quickly!! She is definitely the best!!!

Very helpful in helping upgrade our home with HVAC system. Technicians and electricians very friendly and respectful. Our system took extra time to finish but the next morning technician came back to finish the job.
Few things I didn’t really care for with this company. When calling or texting as prompted. No clear answers. What time workers would be back the next day and time it would take to finish the job. Was told between 8 and 10. No estimated time to finish job.
Due to having animals and people working in our home. Someone had to stay home from work to observe, answer questions and keep us feeling at ease with people working in our home. Thankfully with it being delayed it was finished before late afternoon. No one had to miss a second day.
When reading our estimate paper their promise of peace of mind and guaranteed installation date.
Nothing was mentioned about the $500 back with Installation guaranteed date not being met. Figuring it would be discounted from amount to be paid. Because service was supposed to be completed within 8 hours on the installation date.
Maybe it was over looked but even when speaking with a woman in the office nothing was mentioned.
Lastly maybe I’m old school and like to have everything itemized an actual paper receipt to be kept with the booklet, stickers and programming information that was left for our records.

Brian came out to take a look at our toilet and we were super happy! He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a few options for our repairs, and he wrote up separate bids for each option and laid it out for us clearly and concisely. We would absolutely recommend him!

Sean Stillrose repaired the drywall that needed to be removed to replace the shower/tub valve earlier. He was very professional and made the repair quickly and efficiently. The area is ready to paint with no sanding needed. Highly recommend.

Matthew Mack was very courteous and professionally. He was very honest he showed me all the options of getting my furnace repaired and or installed. He also explain very well why and what caused my furnace to fail. You have a good employee that is working for you.

Thank you to Jeff Walker who replaced my broken garbage disposal under my kitchen sink. My old disposal was leaking out of the bottom and there was water seeping out all under my kitchen sink. He provided me with information on what garbage disposal I needed and the power cord to get. He was on time for the appointment and replaced my garbage disposal in no time. He was so helpful in showing me how to care for the disposal and how to address minor fixes to keep the disposal working well for years to come. I really appreciate Jeff’s help, great job! Thanks again.

If you are looking for a plumber, who is knowledgeable, honest and extremely polite, I highly recommend Jose Ibarra with Henco Plumbing. We originally called him out for a leaking bathtub faucet. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue—a faulty cartridge-and gave us a clear path forward. While he was here, we also had him look at a leaking pot filler faucet. That diagnosis was a bit trickier, based on the nature of the leak and Jose’s expertise, we initially decided to move forward with a quote to replace two cartridges.

What I appreciate most was the flexibility and the communication. We were able to schedule the repair for the very next day. After doing some thinking, we decided to simply replace the entire pot filler faucet, instead of just the cartridges, as the parts weren’t readily available, and the cost was comparable. We relied heavily on Jose‘s advice to make the call, and it was the right move.

Jose returned as scheduled and fix the bathtub faucet perfectly, replacing the cartridge did the trick! It can be hard to find trustworthy information these days, but Jose proved to be an expert we could rely on. Beyond his skill, it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He is professional, skilled, and straightforward. We will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Caleb replaced my old Toto Toilet with a new Toto Toilet; he's very good at making sure everything is absolutely perfect, and he has a very nice professional/personal personality, too!

The service was excellent. Drew was able to pull out enough of my hair from the shower drain to start a serious tribble population. I'm shocked water could drain at all.
