Shawn was amazing! I screwed up installing a new thermostat and caused a problem I couldn’t fix. It was a fairly complex issue (because that’s what I do). Shawn trouble shot it and didn’t give up. My heat pump is now up and running again just be for we hit another heat wave. Shawn is also a really great dude 🤙

Super friendly, professional, and willing to breakdown (in non electrician terms) what he did and why.

Michael and Quinton came out and inspected the drain pipes from the crawl space and discovered a cracked pipe. Michael came up with a plan to have the pipe repaired and then return to clean the drain. They were professional and knew what they were doing.

Henco hires the nicest and most professional people to service your needs. Edgar and Kade arrived about 9am for a full day job of replacing my electric panel, installing a ceiling fan, and putting in an outlet for the water heater previously installed. Kade installed the ceiling fan, then was called to assist on a different job, leaving Edgar alone for the new panel.

At about 5 pm Kade returned to continue helping Edgar. Neither had eaten all day so I grabbed some food for them. They finished at 8:30 pm but Edgar needed to do some follow up work the next day.

I was not present, but left my home unlocked for Edgar to finish. I was notified that he arrived at about 9:30 the next morning and didn’t leave until after 1pm. This was a much bigger job than originally anticipated.

And, for the job to be done correctly, drywall that was damaged in the process of installation. So, Edgar has ensured a drywall expert arrives in a couple weeks to make those repairs.

I just love that everyone I have hired from Henco does exactly what they say they will do, no matter how much time it takes to do it correctly. Thank you for taking such great care of my home. I genuinely appreciate knowing I can call you when I need help.

We got a great electrician. He was very respectful and helpful. We learned new things and the pricing was all surprisingly cheap for the jobs our home required.

Our AC went out during the recent heat wave.
We called several companies to see when the soonest we could have someone come check out our unit and were looking at a week long wait elsewhere. The receptionist informed me that they were prioritizing those who had no cooling — which I found commendable! A couple technicians arrived within just a couple of hours and quickly got to the root of the problem. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having serviceman Timmy come out and do an electrical inspection! What an amazing guy! Very knowledgeable and Professional! JJ was clear, thorough and gave me various options to get the electrical work i need done in phases. I appreciated his professionalism and easy demeanor.

I worked with Henco to replace my AC in a Pearl District condo. My estimator was Shawn, and the lead technician was Trevor.

This job started complicated, and got even more so. The main job was actually in the ceiling of my bathroom, which was already constrained and difficult to work in. The entire job was on a ladder. Then we realized that the fire suppression system was basically wrapped around the AC unit, and we risked bumping a pipe and flooding the condo (not desirable) and also that the building manager was very concerned and involved with the details of managing the fire suppression. Shawn found us a licensed company to disable the fire suppression during the work. I had to pay for this second company, but Shawn actually did all the work getting it set up as part of the overall service. He also set me up with a temporary AC for a couple of weeks while we worked this all out.

Trevor lead his team of three guys who ended up doing a whole lot of lifting, climbing, and generally working some physically demanding tasks. He had to be creative solving multiple problems specific to the situation. They were actually pretty fun to have around, and technical problems that came up seemed to just be solved without a lot of drama that I could see.

So this job was complicated and expensive, but Henco was great through the whole process. I am sure they will be back for annual service.

Timothy and JJ came out for an electrical problem within 45 minutes of my call to Henco this morning. They were professional, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They were even able to help arrange a plumber to come tomorrow! I highly recommend Henco Electric and Plumbing Services!

Blane was extremely knowledgeable! He exemplified great problem solving skills and was able to resolve my non working gas stove issues as well as repair my lighting. He was such a delight to work with.

Angel was fantastic, quick, considerate, and very solution oriented. We needed some electrical work done, including installing a light switch at the bottom of some stairs for safety. He identified some other issues in this old house of ours (1930s) and gave us reasonably priced solutions and advice.
