Exterior frost-free faucet was leaking on the outside, not when turned off, but when turned on. Tim knew what was happening and fixed it, replacing the rusted old one promptly.

These guys are amazing! We were at central Oregon on vacation and our son called and said the waterheater at Dallas had blew up, water every where. We called these guys and they got right on it. Came out gave us a quote, went to Salem and got the right waterheater and replaced the old, upgraded to a 50 gallon instead of 30. The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the problem. We were able to pay over the phone and everything repaired in less than 24 hours! We would highly recommend them! Tim was very knowledgeable, and curious about my job. I wanted a shower install in the basement. He was able to give me a clear answer and a plan in just 1/2 hour.

He also helped me with a sewer smell inside the basement

This is the second time I have used Henco plumbing and I couldn’t be happier. They did a great job on the repairs and at a fair price. I hand two leaking outdoor facets that were very old, rusty and leaking. They replaced them with new frost free facets with loop lines. The job was completed timely and professionally. I highly recommended them!

Jessie was polite and did his job. It his fault the quote he had to give us was outrages! We could not pay 475.00 to have two shut off valves changed

Called for an appointment and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. Communication was very thorough and they arrived on time. Dillon was extremely professional and helpful, he provided bids for another project we need to get done as well. Great experience!

This was my first time using Henco and found Tim to be very professional. He came out, found the problem and answered my questions. He gave me a price quote on a new gas water heater which I felt was very acceptable. He went and picked up the new water heater and had it installed within a couple hours. Thanks Tim,you did a great job. I will be using Henco whenever I need additional services.

Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. Guys worked hard, but waste lines had several right angles. Had to work under house to locate problem. Cleared the problem, but will plug again because of right angles. Waiting to get estimate of work to fix problem. Will get at least one other bid, but hope Henco’s price is close, as well really liked Jesse Edwards and the guys, and appreciated their work.

I’m giving 5 stars to Jesse, the technician who did a great job of draining the water heater in my house. He was extremely professional and efficient!

Our water-heater failed on a Friday morning, before a long weekend. The tech arrived 3pm on F, working until late, to
install new parts. Due to some blockage in the lines, and the thermostats requiring adjustments, we initiated a follow-up call, and the tech came out Sunday morning, and got everything resolved. All good. Thank you, Cody, and Henco.

Henco was the fastest response time I have ever experienced with a contractor. The issue was with the natural gas source on the owner side of property. Cody was absolutely wonderful showing his experience and knowledge all the way thru the process. It now has to be determined who is financially responsible for the repair and if mobile park owns that then they may get other quotes. If it comes back to homeowner responsibility you will hear from me shortly. Thank you so much for everything today.
