Dillon was very courteous and professional and did a great job explaining my options for fixing my toilet. He did the job quickly and I am very happy with results.

Jesse was the hero of the year. Our main line had a crack in it at the meter. It was slowly leaking out, and a neighbor let us know we may have a water issue, as we had no idea at the time.

We had the city come look to confirm it was our meter, and on our side, and of course it was. We made several phone calls and Hemco was able to send someone. Of course these things always happen on a weekend, but they were able to get someone out the next day. The discovery was made too late in the day for them to get someone same day.

Jesse came out and worked all evening in the dark to get things fixed so our family could have water ASAP. We are so thankful! He did a wonderful job.

Bought a new stove from Lowe’s and the installation guy couldn’t get off the gas line. He suggested we call a plumber which we did. Problem solved and he put in and hooked up our new stove! Thank you.

Jesse from Henco repaired the cold water connector under our kitchen sink. He was professional and very patient. He took his time to make sure we understood everything. He came out on a Saturday. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I have found my plumber.Henko plumbing was out within the hour of calling them and I only paid $79 to have a drain cleaned and adjust a faucet. Last time I needed a drain cleaned Action wouldn't go on the roof to clean it.So I paid their fee and then four hundred dollars to rote a router for them to clean it .
Henco has a special for $79 to clean a drain.I would have gladly paid more as they were worth it. Wore booties in the house and was clean! I recommend checking their website..see if special is still there..bargain! I seldom leave reviews , but I was so pleased! Will use for all plumbing needs now!

Very fast service couldn’t be happier

We had a gas leak from our oven. Northwest gas came out to assess the issue and recommended this company for a repair for the stove. Dillon came out and was very professional and did a great job. Dillion was knowledgeable of the issue, explained the charges, offered other options and did the repair in a timely manner. Henco & Dillion also followed up & kept us informed of arrival, etc. Would definitely recommend them.

Our shower drain backed up Sunday evening. Henco was able to send Shane out Monday morning to remove the clog and get our drain flowing again. Great service and a wonderful technician. All of our questions were answered while Shane was here.

Dillon knows his stuff! He gave helpful explanations and demonstrations throughout installation of the water heater. I have a few more plumbing projects coming up that I’ll ask Dillon to do, without hesitation.

Great experience! Had an emergency leak they were there within a couple hours. Very thorough explanation of my options with photos. They were able to solve the same day and Dillion was polite and knowledgeable!
